Qualification Criteria Donations are considered on a case by case basis.
There are limited spaces available each year It takes 60 days to review a donation application, please submit requests no later than 90 days before your event.
We depend on paid events to fund our business, therefore we do not extend donations for prime days, such as Friday to Sunday and/or holidays.
We don't discriminate, donation consideration is open to all genders, races, colors, religious beliefs, national origin, age and disability.
Please upload your 501 C 3 with your request
Failure to provide the 501 C3 with your application may delay request
The following documents are required with your signed contract

Proof of Liability Insurance certificate with HIE as additional named insured

Indemnification Clause Agreement, releasing Hawaii Island Events from all liability

Credit Card Authorization for replacement of damaged or lost items or late returns
